The staff in this news agency are just so rude particularly the dark haired woman who serves in the post office section. There is never a 'hello, good morning/afternoon, how are you', service with a smile doesn't exist either. So very disappointing and actually quite unacceptable. Will not be using this news agency or post office ever again.
