Sue Graham and Sarah are all very friendly and helpful people. They are very patient with all customers. I am always well looked after and enjoy chatting with them. They run a great business which is always extremely busy

The most rude and unwilling to be of assistance in a polite manner to customers that I have to deal with, especially when collecting packages. They should not be in business if they cannot conduct themselves in a manner that people won't mind doing business with them. I ditto the two previous comments when collecting packages. I would like to see our packages moved to a more pleasant environment for pick up.

I thought the old man was just horrible to women - seems he’s horrible to everyone! Old man if you are reading this, please change jobs. You are not cut out for customer service honey you are too rude. Acted like I was some kind of imposter with my 2 forms of I.D clearly proving that I was me? I wish my parcels didn’t go here!

Will be making a complaint to Auspost regarding collection of parcels due to the vile customer service the OLD male owner has. Might help the team to take a class in customer service because I’m not sure who would willingly go there for any other reason but to pick up parcels, no how can I help today or hello. Just look at the reviews on this place. I hope Australia post takes action so no other person has to encounter the terrible owner who YELLS AT TODDLERS! SHAME ON YOU.

Resent even having to give one star. Worst customer service in Mandurah and that's saying something! Just check the other reviews. Only go there to get deliveries, went today and was denied my delivery because allegedly I didn't have the correct ID...a passport and proof of address is not enough...only a drivers licence is appropriate. What if you don't drive? Lol. Apparently they don't make the rules but clearly they don't know the rules as a quick phone call with TNT confirmed they are incorrect....And I still don't have my delivery! These people should not be allowed to deal with the public. Rude and extremely unhelpful.

Not sure if I am more annoyed with Australia Post or the smug little girl behind the counter who told me she doesn't work for Australia Post so in other words 'not her problem'. What a shame this News Agency is a Parcel Depot - rudeness is their mantra. I would not go there other than to pick up a parcel. They always looks so grumpy. You only have to check the other reviews to know customer service is not high on their agenda.

I would give a minus 5 if I could. The most down right rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. No customer skills, everything seems too hard and if they smiled their faces would crack. I've lived in the area for a long time and avoid the place. Only go there to pick up parcels the have been delivered and even then I dread it!

Rude horrible people. Very clear they don’t want to be there. So sell up and leave. Will never ever spend a cent there and dread going there to collect my parcels. Both the woman and man are condescending to customers just cold unwelcoming people.Not sure how they still have a business.

Went to pick up Parcel and was treated like dirt. This bloke needs to learn some manners. It was not as if i was doing anything bad , i was picking up a parcel. Get a life mate and learn some manners . Will not return here and basically will tell others to give a wide birth of this place.

One star is way too much for this place.The whole family in there are just above imagination..May be time to retired if you tyred if customer service, farmers aleay can use a couple of extra arms.
